You may request a return if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported within 1–3 days of delivery.

3. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Method
As we only offer Cash on Delivery, any approved refund will be processed as a cash reimbursement upon return pickup or through another agreed-upon method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, are returned outside the 1–3 day window, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.
